WHAT IS RECONCILIATION Reconciliation is the sacrament in the Catholic Church where the forgiveness of a person's sins takes place through acts of confession and penance. WHAT IS A SIN Sin is when you do, say or think something bad, that makes you feel guilty and regretful. Jesus died to free us from our sins, which is why we must make the effort to go to confession and repent. By doing this will build a stronger relationship with God, and will free you from the guilt that you carry around after doing something wrong.
